Administrator

My main role is to oversee and coordinate all of the CBGP’s research support activities: administration of the joint research unit, finance, HR, procurement, health and safety, property management, communications, etc. I work with six colleagues as part of the CBGP’s administrative board.

Career history:

  • Since late 2014: Board member of the UMR CBGP
  • 2013–2014: Deputy Director of the IRD France-Sud Office (on secondment to the IRD)
  • 2012–2013: Administrator at the Espace-Dev Joint Research Unit (IRD – UM2 – UAG – UR) in Montpellier (on secondment to the IRD)
  • 2009–2012: Deputy Training Manager at the INRA centre in Montpellier, project officer for INRA’s national continuing professional development programme (20%) and member of the centre’s human resources team (10%)
  • 2004–2009: Administrative and Management Support Officer at the Evaluation Unit of INRA Paris

Training

  • 2009–2010: Professional Master’s degree in ‘Training Engineering and Consultancy’ at the University of Rouen, first-class honours – top of the year
  • 2002–2003: Specialised Master’s degree in ‘Forest, Nature and Society’ at ENGREF in Montpellier
  • 1999–2002: National School of Agricultural Engineering, Bordeaux, specialising in Agriculture, Forestry and the Environment
  • 1997–1999: BCPST preparatory classes at Lycée Janson de Sailly, Paris
