Julien Moulin will join the Finance Division of the Administrative Board on 1 December 2024 and will spend the majority of his time on financial management duties. As the management unit operates as a portfolio of project leaders, he will be responsible for various management tasks for the INRAE and IRD supervisory bodies: managing orders and assignments, monitoring research contracts, procurement and fixed assets, advising project leaders, etc. He will report to the CBGP administrator.

Alongside his financial management duties, Julien Moulin will undertake HR management tasks (less than 15% of his time) relating to matters within the scope of his portfolio, such as managing the induction of interns.
