Topic: Data analysis and modelling, RoCoCity project Dates: 1 January 2026 – 15 December 2026 CBGP managers: G. Dobigny, N. Charbonnel & C. Diagne
Funding: Univ. Montpellier (ExposUM RoCoCity)
The RoCoCity project aims to investigate the impacts of rodent management on spatial and temporal changes in the zoonotic exposome, through a series of case studies conducted in Africa and France. The project focuses on five study sites for which data on rodent communities and pathogens have been collected (Benin, Senegal, Madagascar, France).
In this context, Loïc Pagès is responsible for analysing and modelling data from the project’s various sites. He is developing spatio-temporal statistical approaches to assess the impact of rodent management interventions on zoonotic pathosystems.
