I contribute to the research areas ‘Population & community ecology’ and ‘Ecology and Evolution of Zoonoses’, providing support in the following areas:
the research programmes of Prof. Jean-François Martin (Institut Agro Montpellier) ‘Impact of biodiversity on agrosystem management through molecular analysis of food webs’, which focuses on characterising trophic interactions using a network analysis approach based on the molecular analysis of arthropod stomach contents, combined with an analysis of interaction networks linked to farming practices that impact the taxonomic diversity of agrosystems.
understand the socio-ecological factors influencing the spatio-temporal dynamics of rodent populations and their interactions with humans,
characterise the zoonotic risks associated with the pathobiome of these rodents, and
anticipate and prevent these risks by providing guidance and jointly developing appropriate and sustainable strategies for the ecological management of reservoir rodents.
