I study the links between the phenotypic traits of species and their evolutionary history. My research therefore focuses on inferring phylogenetic relationships between species using genomic data (phylogenomics) and on comparing and studying the evolution of these species’ genomes in relation to their phenotype(s) (comparative genomics).
