In charge of video phenotyping and 3D printing activities on GABP TP

I am an Animal Experimentation Engineer at the CBGP. The bulk of my research focuses on the interaction between phenotypic plasticity and genetic evolution in crop pests (Drosophila suzukii and Ceratitis capitata). To this end, I develop and utilise high-throughput and/or high-precision phenotyping technologies. Most of this work takes place at the ‘Greenhouse, Arthropod Breeding and Phenotyping’ (GABP) technical platform, where I am responsible for video phenotyping and 3D printing activities.
