Antoine is conducting population genomics analyses of an invasive species of freshwater fish: the gambusia, Gambusia holbrooki. In particular, he analyses selection signatures in response to water pollution, as well as the dynamics of mutation burden accumulation and clearance in relation to the demographic history of introduction and subsequent colonisation.
