Topic: Digitisation of the ‘Phytoseiidae’ database and collection/preparation of Phytoseiidae mites as part of the ACAROSOL project

Ivson is working with Marie-Stéphane Tixier and Serge Kreiter on the Phytoseiidae mites. His role involves:

1. digitising the ‘Phytoseiidae collection’ database,
2. the collection and preparation of Phytoseiidae mites (slide mounting) as part of the ACAROSOL project, which aims to identify predatory mites on Solanaceae plants in the Mediterranean region, and the DEPHY project, which aims to characterise Phytoseidae communities in citrus orchards, kiwi orchards and vineyard plots managed using different plant protection practices,
3. the digitisation of illustrations for the Sycroparne MOOC.
