In order to harness the ecosystem service of natural pest control, it must first be possible to measure it. Thibault aims to describe the diverse arthropod food webs on Réunion Island by employing the most suitable methods available. The impact of these interactions on crop damage will be analysed. Then, based on this knowledge, bio-indicators of the level of pest control that can be used by the farmers themselves will be identified.
