Software

Many CBGP researchers and engineers have developed and continue to develop original analysis methods in population genetics and genomics, phylogeny and phylogenomics, as well as ecology. These methods and models are made available to the community in the form of software, scripts and R packages, most often protected by open public licences. Don’t hesitate to use them!
