Marie LAPEGUE will investigate the intergenerational transmission of the Drosophila suzukii microbiota in the laboratory and its effect on phenotypic variation (female oviposition preference and larval survival).

She will complete the analysis of the 16S and ITS metabarcoding data from her Master’s thesis (10 microbial communities from natural populations). She will be supervised by Anne Loiseau, Benoit Facon et Nicolas Rode.
