Our research focuses on three main areas:
1 - Characterisation and evolution of biodiversity
Characterising the diversity and ecology of terrestrial arthropods. Understanding their evolutionary trajectory.
2 - Ecology and evolutionary genetics of populations
Ecology and population genetics of phytophagous and/or invasive insects. Development of statistical analysis methods to infer the evolutionary history of populations.
3 - Ecology and evolution of zoonoses
Understanding the ecology and evolution of zoonoses that have small wild mammals as reservoirs.
